I made this piece in a printmaking class where I was asked to create a woodcut, multilayer print. As someone who collects wet specimens, I decided to create a print that showed the image of an eyeball in a jar. I originally chose to do the print in red and yellow, but I also played around with a black and green color scheme. It was interesting to see how the colors layered differently and gave the images a different overall vibe.
